济宁市兖州区实验小学简介

  

兖州区实验小学教育集团坐落在泗水之滨,兖州境内,她东邻曲阜,北靠泰山,是一颗镶嵌在华北平原上的明珠,物华天宝,人杰地灵,有着极为悠久的历史和深厚的文化积淀。

   兖州区实验小学初建于民国20年(1931年),是由马广儒、郭子中、束保田等人出于“读书救国,建国兴邦”的愿望而筹建的,初定名为“惠民小学”,俗称马王庙小学。民国27年日军入侵,学校停办,同年11月复课,民国31年改称“滋阳县惠民镇小学”,1946年易名为“惠民镇中心国民学!,解放后,学校先后更名为“惠民镇完全小学”、“曲阜县东风人民公社建设路小学”、“抗大五七红!、“兖州县建设路小学”,1978年正式更名为“兖州县实验小学”,延续至今已有88年历史。

学校从1985年率先启动了优化课堂教学、大面积提高教学质量地改革探索,进入了实验小学的第一次发展高峰,初步确立了教师为主导、学生为主体的办学思想,形成了“严谨、扎实、灵活、求新”的校风,取得了巨大成效。

2005年兖州区实验小学迎来了第二个发展高峰,进入了一个前所未有的大发展、大建设时期,学校先后合并了铁路小学、白衣堂小学、五里庄小学,并筹办兴建了实验小学、豫州路小学,初步形成了以实验小学为主体,以白衣堂小学、五里庄小学、薛庙小学、豫州路小学为侧翼的“一体四翼”办学新格局。

    2018年兖州区实验小学在初步形成的一体四翼办学格局下,创建了兖州区实验小学教育集团,走向了集团化办学地改革探索。学校现有198个教学班,学生8387名,教职工416人。现任校长翟健重视学生的主体发展,力争培养全方位发展的新时代人才,在学科建设、人才培养、师资队伍建设、教学科研等等方面,都进行了全方位地改革和创新,他力求走出去,引进来,主张将现代化、国际化教学思想,办学理念引入实小,为培养全方位的现代化人才,优化区域内的一切办学资源做出最大的努力。兖州实验小学教育集团地建立,对重铸学校格局和革新办学模式起到了重要性作用。集团逐步确立了以实验小学为龙头引领,扩大了优质教育资源在区域内地覆盖,对于办学机制、学校管理、学校文化、教师发展等方面的变革都起到了重要的促进性作用,最大程度地解决了区域内教育均衡发展的重大难题,实现了基础教育公平和效率的双赢。

学校在集团化发展过程中逐渐形成了独特的运行和管理机制,即盘活了老校的优质教育资源,又缩短了新校的发展周期,成功使集团在短期内取得了飞速地发展。且集团化的建立,创新了学校的管理机制,建立起了适合集团化发展的内部管理制度,一是扁平化管理,管理层次少、简政放权、统一指挥、消除内耗,管理幅度大,管理效能高,是一种人性化的新型管理模式。二是网络化管理。三是全面质量管理,集团内各校都建立了一整套管理标准和制度,使集团内部管理更加专业化,现代化、标准化、制度化。而教育理念、学校管理、教育科研、信息技术、教育评价、校产管理等方面地统一管理,又实现了管理、师资、设备等优质教育资源地共享,从而实现了集团内各校的互惠互助,共同发展。
在集团化发展过程中,学校逐渐确立了“理念先行为行导,队伍建设为根本,常规为本打基础,科研领先上水平”的办学理念,本着“敬业求索,博学育人”的教风,“文明活泼,勤奋创新”的学风,发展“不怕困难怕落后,项项工作争一流”的实小精神,进行深入而细致地改革。

创建了一校一品,以品牌带动发展,使集团内各校初步形成了各自的办学特色;建立了完善的后备人才培养制度,名师工作室、青蓝工程等等方案地出台,使集团成为了中青年教师加速成长的孵化器;形成了教育科研的联动机制,使集团内的教育科研资源实现了共享,缩短了教育科研的研发周期。
集团化办学是创建学校品牌、集团品牌,带动集团高速发展,创规模,创品牌的必由之路,也是将集团改革推向深入发展的必由之路。

Brief Introduction to Yanzhou District Experimental Primary School Education Group (YEPSEG) of Jining, Shandong Province

Yanzhou District Experimental Primary School Education Group (YEPSEG) is situated on the Sihe River, about half an hour’s ride from the city of Qufu—the cradle of Confucianism and Chinese civilization as a whole. With a millennia-long history and rich cultural heritage, YEPSEG shines like a pearl on the North China Plain.

Yanzhou District Experimental Primary School (YEPS) was established in 1931 as Huimin Primary School (commonly called Mawang Temple Primary School). According to its founders, Ma Guangru, Guo Zizhong and Shu Baotian, the mission of the school was to “Save and Revitalize China through Education”. The school was suspended in 1938 because of Japanese invasion and then resumed in November of the same year. During the three-and-half decades from 1942, the school operated under a variety of names until it adopted its current name in 1978.

In 1985, the school embarked on the pioneering reform aimed at “optimizing classroom teaching and improving the quality of teaching” and ushered in the first climax in its development. The brand-new school-running thought of “teacher-led, student-centered education” began to emerge and the school spirit of “scrupulous, down-to-earth, flexible and innovative” came into being.

The year 2005 saw unprecedented opportunities in the development and construction of YEPS, known as the second climax in its development. The school incorporated 3 smaller primary schools and built two new campuses: one at the current site of YEPS, the other at Yuzhou Road Primary School. A new layout with YEPS as the main body surrounded by four campuses began to take shape.

In 2018, Yanzhou District Experimental Primary School Education Group (YEPSEG) was founded on the basis of the new layout of campuses, heralding innovative explorations in collectivization. Today, the school has 198 classes, with a student population of 8,387 and a faculty of 416. The current principal, Mr. Zhai Jian attaches great importance to the all-round development of students, to the modernization and globalization of the school, and has introduced comprehensive reform in subject construction, talent cultivation, teacher development and education research.

The founding of YEPSEG is essential in remoulding the layout of the school and upgrading its school-running pattern. It will optimize the regional distribution of superior educational resources, promote far-reaching improvement in its school-running mechanism, school management, campus culture and teacher development and, more importantly, achieve both equality and efficiency of basic education—a long-standing dilemma in the development of regional education.

In the course of collectivization, the school has formed a special operation and management mechanism—taking advantage of the superior educational resources of the older schools while accelerating the development of the new ones. In the meantime, a brand-new humanistic management system was established, featuring simplification, unification and standardization, which, through implementation in such areas as education ideology, school administration, educational research, information technology, educational assessment, assets management, makes possible mutual benefit and common development of the different campuses.

In addition, in the course of collectivization, the school has forged the school-running ideology of “Led by advanced ideology, taking teacher development as basis, focusing on everyday work and exceling in scientific research”, under the guidance of which, all its faculty and staff are striving for excellence in the deepening of reform.

Every school under YEPSEG has formed its own characteristics in school-running and forged its own brand. Furthermore, the group has set up a meticulous system for reserve talents cultivation, which has greatly accelerated the growth of young teachers. It has also developed a linkage mechanism for educational research, which has enhanced the sharing of research resources within the group and quickened the pace of educational research.

Collectivized management is an effective way of moulding the brands of the school and the group, facilitating their rapid development, as well as increasing the scale and deepening the reform of the group.

Today, YEPSEG has become the pace-setter of education in Yanzhou, and, with thousands of excellent, innovative students leaving its campuses each year, it has become the cradle of high-quality talents in Yanzhou.
